- JRJ Rose3 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this location, it SUCKS. This staff here are really rude! Everytime we come in here the the staff looks like they dont want to be there. My pregnant wife asked if she could get one scoop of a certain ice cream and one scoop of another in a shake and they wouldnt do it for her, for no reason. We asked why and the girl just said "I just cant do it". One ice cream isn't priced different than the other...not being able to do that makes ZERO sense. I recently went in another time and asked if I could have a little ice blended in with my shake and they wouldnt do it! You cant blend three little ice cubes in with the ice cream? I've been going to B&R since the late 90s and I've never gad someone tell me that. Im not sure if there is just a language barrier or what the problem is, but we are tired of this location. It's like a B&R dictatorship.
