  Went through the drive thru on my lunch break. Ended up getting the wrong order but didn’t realize until I had driven off. Even on the receipt some of my order is incorrect, but I got someone else’s order by the look of the food. I just want a refund but when I call it says they’re busy and hangs up on me.

  My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We placed out order, filled up our drink cups and sat down. A friendly staff member came up to our table and apologized for an incident they had in the back with one of their fryers and then needed to make new batch of french fries and offered us a free milkshake for the inconvenience. It was no problem to us at all as we weren't really even in there for that long of time. The fact that this store did this showed the amazing customer service they offer. This from now on will be my go to Arby's. Bravo!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Arby’s location. Kaitlyn, who I believe is the manager, provided exceptional customer service. I had a small issue with my order, and she handled it immediately with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She offered me a refund or a fresh meal without hesitation and even went the extra mile by giving me a coupon book for my next visit. Her positive attitude, genuine care, and dedication truly stood out. She made me feel valued as a customer, and this kind of service is rare to find. The restaurant was very clean, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Because of Kaitlyn, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this Arby’s to others. Keep up the amazing work, Kaitlyn—you are a true asset to this store.
