  Why do they even work? I ordered Qty: 2 #3 but one with Mayo only, no ketchup or mustard She asked me six times, which one? I told her either one She couldn't figure this out I explained it's the same meal deal make 1 with Mayo only and the other one regular. She looked at me and asked again, Which One. I said the first one out of frustration OMG, she asked me which one would be the first one... The first one you make. She said OK.... when I got home both meals had Mayo and Ketchup Really????

  Ordered online and waited 30 minutes. Then pressed the button in the stall to ask about it and was told that there were others who had been there longer with no small amount of attitude. Tried to ask for refund as it’s ridiculous to sit 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 sides but she had already moved on. I hate to write this as I’ve worked service before but this was extremely unimpressive. Whomever the GM or AGM is you should be ashamed if this is the best you can for your location.

  It took 11 minutes on a not busy 7:30 P.M. time. I ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich with Mayo and it came with pickles. Wish there was a nearby trash can. The food tasted good.

  Why does it always take so long??? We stopped going to Sonic a couple years ago because getting your order takes forever and our order was wrong 3 times in a row. Decided to try them again this fall and they still take forever. Regularly 15 minutes for drinks-only orders. Have visited other Sonics in Lawrence and Garnett and been astounded at how quickly our order shows up there!
