  Why does it always take so long??? We stopped going to Sonic a couple years ago because getting your order takes forever and our order was wrong 3 times in a row. Decided to try them again this fall and they still take forever. Regularly 15 minutes for drinks-only orders. Have visited other Sonics in Lawrence and Garnett and been astounded at how quickly our order shows up there!

  My burger looked as if it had been literally thrown together sloppy and put together with no care whatsoever. My tater tots were either off the floor or from yesterday’s batch. And they gave us the wrong meal initially and had to go inside to straighten the order out. Terrible food I will never eat here again

  Where extremely rude made drinks wrong asked them to be remade only for them to make my kids drink extremely limey to the point she could not drink it I tried it and about puked. You guys are extremely rude and nasty people I hope karma finds you

  Ordered drinks with easy ice for them to be packed with ice when they come out. Asked for them to be remade and they came bout out in less time than it took to actually make the drinks the first time with the outside of the same cups covered in the liquid of the drink ordered topped off with sprite. After pointing it out, they wanted to argue that we were wrong and to 'calm down'. Horrible customer service.
