  Ordered a Large Vanilla Shake through the drive thru about 9:30 last night and was taken back it was $9.xx and they handed it to us, it was feather light feeling - we laughed! We drove off.. began to enjoy the whip cream and start digging for a cold thick creamy bottom - nothing..... then 2 min in we are sick of whip cream, now we are going what the heck! thought...really? surely they didn't just give us a huge cup of whip cream? Yes, the older male and young man inside both responsible knew what they did, instead of saying we don't have shakes or vanilla we received a 48oz cup of Whip Cream - no ice cream, no vanilla ! But we did get a cherry on top! We were so excited to get ice cream late last night...disaappo inted yes, will it stop me from going to Sonic, No.

  Place has really gone downhill. Plus they are technically overcharging on all their food. My combo is priced at $12.19 but rings up $14.09 before tax. All said and done it's over $16 in total, $4 for tax in this crap town? Plus couple of their evening cooks touch their face then go back to making food without washing hands or replacing gloves, what is the new GM doing to make this store better besides just giving free drinks away to local businesses??? Don't see how that helps besides make people like her.

  Went through the drive-thru and the guy on the mic made me repeat every line at least 5 times. We had two orders (it was a group of three) and one had a large chili cheese tots I repeated that 4 times then had to repeat the drink for that order another 3. My order consisted of two Super Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburgers, and another chili cheese tots, add onions, extra onions, add jalapenos, extra jalapenos. Not only did I have to repeat THAT order 12 freaking times! But they STILL messed it up!! Our receipts said that we ordered a Super Sonic Double cheeseburger (6.99) add bacon (1.50). When we asked about it, the kid at the window, was extremely rude, saying that he didn't ring it up and that he couldn't fix it. We asked for a manager, and they said there wasn't one. Then they changed that story and said the manager was new. Then we asked what the difference would be, and they couldn't provide that, instead saying that if they rang it up correctly in the first place, it would've been more expensive. When we asked for proof to back that claim up, the manager got mad and refunded our burgers. All in all the staff are extremely rude and incompetent. I know it is a fast-food job and you don't need an education to work there, but basic manners should be part of their orientation training. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Again, DO NOT GO HERE.

  For the past 4 or 5 times I’ve went to get a cherry limeade WITH EXTRA CHERRIES, and btw that’s an extra $0.80 that I’m paying and they only have gave me 1 cherry, I’m annoyed that I pay the extra $0.80 for extra cherries and only give me 1.
