Oh sure I was offered something else that wasn't even half of the value of my order. Both times I asked for a refund and the server acted like they weren't sure they could do that. A quick check with the manager and sure enough they can. These kids need to learn if you can't give the customer what they ordered, you can't charge them for it. We have heard rumors that another fast food restaurant may come to town. If it does this restaurant will be in trouble.
