  Chicken nuggets used to ne the best. They now suck. And why get rid of sweet and sour sauce. Wendys fail!!

  Terrible service. We have choices where we can feed our family and this is the last time I choose Wendy’s. My 3 year old wouldn’t even eat it. Requested fresh food, manager refused. Requested refund manager refused.

  Fries were clearly old. When asked for fresh fries I was met with attitude. Meat was tough, soda was flat.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s today. I went there for lunch, expecting a normal and pleasant visit, but the employees’ behavior completely spoiled my day. The staff really need to learn how to behave with customers. We are paying for our food — we are not eating for free. Basic courtesy and respect should be part of the service. If someone doesn’t want to work, it’s better to stay home or step outside instead of ruining customers’ moods. Customer service matters, and today’s experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  Worst day shift employe I've ever met. She scan offer and didn't add in order, if we ask about offers she says learn how to use their mobile app. (loud enough for everyone in the store to hear). I've never met a employe who mistreats her customer in less than 2minutes. How hard is it to treat people with respect. Won't recommend this store to my friends or family. I won't be coming back, worst worst worst treatment.
