    The lady who took our order was very nice, and to be fair, the food was fast, hot, and good. No complaints there. However, what happened after that completely ruined the experience. I was in the restroom, the door was locked, and an employee (Marisol), used her key to unlock it and walk in while I was in the middle of pulling my pants up. No knock, no warning, nothing. That is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. A locked restroom door should mean it’s occupied, period. The absolute bare minimum would have been to knock first. What started as a good visit ended up being a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

    Would have been more if we would have gotten all our food. We went through the drive thru at 7:30pm ordered a baconator, baconator fries, and six nuggets. Then low and behold when we got to our destination the most expensive item of the baconator was missing. We weren't able to return tonight but will tomorrow to at least get a refund for the food they didn't give us.

    Got to drive thru. Lady worker comes out vaping in front of drive thru. Just standing there touching her phone vaping. Very unprofessional. Man putting ice into cup just dragging cup into ice. No scoop or anything at least. Pretty gross. Man at window forgot to give me my credit card back I drove off already, had to reverse and cars behind me had to reverse too. That should’ve been done before them giving me card back. Also didn’t give me a receipt back. Got home checked my bag my nuggets weren’t even in the bag. I called store for refund they said no refunds I’ll just have to come back today or tomorrow. SO much issues. Go somewhere else to eat.

    Breakfast sandwich was hard and dry as tho it was reheated from the day before.I questioned eating it because of how nasty it was gurgling stomach and threw it up a few hours later! Never again Wendy's you lost a customer today!

    We went to this Wendy’s since we were out and about, and by far one of the better experiences we have had, especially for a drive thru. I didn’t catch their names, but the ladies working at 1:25 3/20/26 were great. Food was fast, they were friendly and seemed to be enjoying work which showed in their service.
