  Ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. When asked what kind of sauce I wanted I told them BBQ. When I got home, not only did they forget my 4 BBQ sauces but they charged me for extra BBQ when I never requested extra. I had to go back to get my BBQ sauce and yes, I made them refund me for the extra sauce they charged me for. I can only imagine how many people they have charged for extra sauce when they didn't request it and the customer didn't catch it. Shady business.

  Trash restaurant rarely gets orders right just went to pick up order in drive thru and was refused my order unless I came in side to let them know I was there even though I was sitting in drive thru so canceled my order and wont be returning

  Been going here for years but will be looking for another location. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I couldn't even eat them. Chicken nuggets had a similar taste. Cheeseburger was thrown together. This place used to be good maybe new owners but it's awful now.

  Going to this McDonald's is a very frustrating experience. I ordered just 2 McChicken sandwiches at the drive-thru and still had to wait almost 20 minutes. At the window they tell you “we’ll bring your order out in 2 minutes” and send you to the parking lot. If you’re lucky, someone brings your food after 20 minutes. What’s worse is that sometimes they don’t even know where your order is, and when you ask about it you find out they gave it to someone else. On top of that, the night shift manager is very rude and unpleasant. Her attitude toward customers is unacceptable and it seems like she doesn’t care about customer service. This location seriously needs to improve its organization and service
