  This is just about the drive through. Why have it if you’re just going to send everyone to the mobile pickup spot every time and wait 10 minutes for our food? Scratch that.. it took 15 minutes because the first bag that was brought out wasn’t my food. When we did get the food, all the fries were cold.

  Would give zero stars for the customer service so her manager know there is this lady who works night with a piercing above her lip, Hispanic, reddish brown hair, and she has forgotten my food before but not only that she opens the window asks for money and then dosent say anything else the whole time just open and slams the screen window at drive through in silence barley paying attention to the customer and chucking the change without a word to you even if you try to be nice she’s plain rude I know it’s late but cmon

  I ordered in the McDonald's app then went to this location to pick up my order. I made a special stop on my way to work. I walked up to the counter where mobile orders should be, but there was no order. Workers were walking around but no one helped me. I looked back at the app and it says 'sorry, we had to cancel your order and you'll be refunded soon.' No further explanation. No one to help me. No one at the register to ask. I doubt I'll be ordering McDonald's again. A very poorly run restaurant.
