  Bowling was fun. Lanes and seating area for Bowling was spacious and places for shoes and drinks for them to be out if the way. You have a waiter area at Bowling, you can order and they will bring it to you. The waiting fir Bowling to reserve a lane was long on a Saturday night, reserve in advance because it took 2 hours of wait time to Bowl.

  The food was absolutely terrible I had an overcooked Burger the chicken tenders were completely burnt to a crisp the service was so slow and quick to argue when things were wrong...... moving on to the arcade I had multiple games take my credits and the game was not playable or kids ran away with the Ping pongs balls to play the game could not get credits refunded to my card because of understaff and had a way than long lines just to get any kind of help play two games of bowling the server finally comes up and asked if we needed anything at the end of our second game this place has fallen off so bad... so that was only my experience my friends that joined us order a Long Island Iced Tea after about 10 minutes the waitress comes back with what we believed was a whiskey sour cuz it sure wasn't a Long Island iced tea argued with us that she watched him make it and it's a Long Island Iced Tea they also ordered food with an appetizer almost an hour went by with nothing not even not even their appetizer when the waitress finally came back and asked if regular Ranch was okay because they were out of the spicy ranch for the fried pickles at this point they were done waiting and canceled the order entirely had nothing to do with the ranch or anything just the extreme wait time because they weren't even at busy point of the day overall the service at this place is below par and this will be the last time me or my friends will ever come back here again

  Took the nieces and nephews for a fun afternoon. We got the package with laser tag and bowling for the kids (plan to pay extra for the shoe rental). We played a lot of the games and the kids played laser tag and did some bowling. We got food for everyone and the server was friendly and on top of things. The food was average, but not bad, just nothing to rave about. Overall, really great afternoon here.

  We were falsely accused by a staff member and kicked out while celebrating a friend’s birthday, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. Our group came to celebrate and everything was fine at first. At one point a man who appeared to work in the kitchen, wearing a grey tank top, came out and asked us to move out of the way. We did exactly that. A moment later he suddenly accused someone in our group of touching him, which simply never happened. Instead of trying to understand the situation, another employee named Chase came over and immediately kicked our entire group out. No one bothered to ask what actually happened or listen to our side. Being falsely accused and removed while celebrating a birthday was extremely frustrating and embarrassing. The food and atmosphere were actually good, but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and ruined the entire experience. Management should seriously review what happened that night because customers should not be falsely accused and kicked out while celebrating a birthday.

  Came here tonight to celebrate my friends birthday and we got “kicked out” because supposedly my brother in law touched a kitchen worker (which he didn’t) who told us to get out of the way because we were blocking the kitchen. We listened, got of the way, we were all catching up with each other. The kitchen worker comes back and straight up asks my in law saying, “is there a problem?”. Which there wasn’t, we got out of the way and then that’s it. WE WERE ALL minding our own business. He proceeded to escalate the situation and tell us that my in law touched him which was false. We all chimed in (telling the worker no one touched him) and technically everyone was yelling at each other at this point because the worker wanted to basically fight him at this point. He could’ve just told us “excuse me, can you guys move, you guys are blocking the way? Or “sorry I didn’t mean to touch your hand (if that happened).
