They had not started any of the orders that we’re pending. I told them what order I was there for, and he said OK I’ll have it ready for you in about 13 minutes. I said OK no worries. About 3 to 5 minutes later two guys came in and not only did they do their orders first they completely disregarded me and after 20 minutes I was told it would be another 13 to 15 minutes. Waiting time before I can get the order I was therefore. I canceled the order and left. The employee that had helped the other two men and put them in front of me, didn’t even acknowledge me and turn around and walked him back when he was done inviting them to go to church with him because apparently there’s no judgment at his church. He lowered his voice, apparently in an attempt to avoid me over hearing the conversation. His partner came upfront and turned around and lied to me and flat out said oh well they had the orders confused and you’ll need to wait and I said well for how long and he said another 13 minutes so apparently it’s very typical to have to wait 40 to 45 minutes at this location to get an order when you’re the first person in and they handle other people before you. I will never ever in 1 million years eat at this Wingstop or any other Wingstop. I have tried multiple locations and have had nothing but problems with them.
