Today my husband and I (date) 1/7/26 we came in around 10 am went thru the drive thru order are food the lady that took are order was nice we got are food pulled over to eat and found MOLD on are #2 it was disgusting we took the sandwich back in and told the lady at the counter she gave us a go to hell look she checked the other croissants and half the bag was MOLDED the lady was the same lady that has been rude to us several times she didn't apologize she didn't offer anything my husband said I want my money back and again she gave us that go to hell look again. The same lady who I think might be the manager idk but she works days and nights just rude! I WILL NOT BE BACK! YOU NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT SOMEONE TO CHECK THE MOLDY BREAD AND NICER CUSTOMER SERVICE GET RID OF THE MEXCIAN GIRL SHE IS VERY RUDE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD. DO BETTER WENDYS YOUR GOING TO LISE THIS STORE

- JMJames MarionNov 15, 20251.0Got a triple in the drive thru. I live a block away. When I got home, the burger was cold. I'm also a restaurant manager, so I stuck a thermometer in it. 90°. Seriously. The meat patties were overcooked and hard. Clear signs of being in the hot hold for way too long. To the Wendy's restaurant manager: check your cameras. This was right at 10pm. If I don't get a response from you, I will be taking this up with the franchise head, and the health department.
