She complained to my brothers face about how he didn't know how to use their mobile app. Then immediately followed up with yelling at her coworkers for not getting an order right (loud enough for everyone in the store to hear). I've never met a manager who mistreats her customer and employees in less than 2minutes. How hard is it to treat people with respect. Won't recommend this store to my friends or family. I won't be coming back, I'd rather drive across town to a different Wendy's than come back here.

- VEVerity ElowenNov 4, 20251.0Pulled up to the drive through and was met with a girl standing outside hitting her vape, and a guy was about to walk outside with his vape or cigarette but when they saw me pull up they both walked back inside. I then ordered pulled up to the window and the same girl who was vaping was taking my payment and handing out my food. My food was not cooked all the way at all and everything was cold. I will not be attending this Wendy’s again.
