What a terrible experience. Prices are up, service and food quality is way down, especially here. Have not been to Wendys for a few years and after today wont ever go back. Never. Fries were horrible, probably under a heat lamp or just sitting on the counter. Hamburger was warm, sure not fresh. I wouldn't have given this food to my dog. Absolutely horrible. You pay a premium and should expect good hot quality food. This is one of the Wendys they should close down. The kid who waited on us had no customer service skills at all. He was pretty bad. This was just plain horrible customer service and food. Wendys -- never ever again. What a dump. This was around 2:30 PM.

I can’t believe you can’t get anything fresh or any service. People are so lazy I dine in and still had to ask for some fries. They were cold as ice.
