Not sure why this random trip to Subway frustrated me so much. Maybe Subway has just done too much to make it's customers secondary. If you're in store, they'll make you wait behind online orders for minutes on end. If was just a few minutes today, but I've waited almost 20 minutes to be helped before. Subway also has nickel and dime policies. Like extra cheese is a crazy upcharge, despite the fact you have three ingredients on your sandwich and it costs far less than average to make. Kudos to the manager for being good at telling customers no, or making things up to try and keep us from being unhappy, like telling us the sandwich already has double cheese. No, we all know it's a single portion. I'm sure every thing she did is what management wants her to do. So bosses, she's doing a good job. But it sucks. My apologies for not just forgetting about it today. I just think its too much and too consistent. I wanted to say something. Hopefully there's enough ambient noise that corporate changes some things. But with a megacorp like this, chances are very low.
