- JWJ. WinterSep 9, 20191.0This specific store never has more than one person staffed at one time. It doesn't matter if it's during lunch or dinner rush. One person had been the max ice ever seen here. Management staff needs to make sure they are being present during peak times to ensure your customers are taken care of. Otherwise they just seem lazy.

We sat in the drive through for 30 mins, lady ahead of us had the wrong sandwich made for her and when we approached the window, instead of a sincere apology the worker blamed it all on the customer in front of us. We then sat for another 15 mins. Got our sandwiches and had to wait again for our chips and drink. Got home and both of our sandwiches Are nowhere near correct. It's like they just guessed. A hair was also found in the sandwich leaving me absolutely disgusted. The individuals were young and clearly didn't care about anyone but themselves and getting out of there on time. This is absolutely poor customer service and extreme training is needed. Subway has gone down the drain.
