  We ordered lunch for our family. Along with meals, a couple of us had shakes. They were very good. The service was extremely excellent.

  Food was absolutely disgusting. It's easy to figure out what's going on at this location by these simple food service violation observations: 1) the poppers were past their hold time, but recooked 2) the burger patties were past their hold time, and turned a bit grey 3) the tots were hard, served well past their hold time 4) the food was served waaay to quick, revealing that the items ordered were just sitting and waiting for someone. Unfortunately, that someone was me, a servsafe instructor and food license proxy. New management might change the quality of food here, but doubtful. To cheerfully serve expired food shows a culture of either ignorance or negligence. However, after reading several other reviews (the one with the crying employees tells a lot), the General Manager is more than half of the problem. When you are advertising the job on indeed for 75k-100k, how is it that you don't have a top class General Manager?

  Everything was great until she gave me the total. But it was fast service and real friendly people and the food was great. But the prices have just risen up so much for what used to be pocket change. Overall I love this Sonic.

  Sometimes when I think of sonic it reminds me of sonic the hedge hog and I remeber that the two are completly unrelated, on is a hed hog amnd one is burger town. Times like this I think of what metal told sonic in sonic the hedge hog vs metal "there can only be on sonic-nic-ic-ic" before dying in lava.

  Repeatedly get blasts that only has the toppings thrown on top and none mixed in. Food forgotten. Sauces forgotten. Pick a different location.
