  For starters, I’ve NEVER had a correct order from this location. Second, if you try to call the store they do not stay on the phone to resolve the problem, they either hang up or redirect you. Also the delivery is slow. I recommend choosing another location or a completely different pizza place.

  We ordered a super supreme pizza with pan crust and this is what we received. I called the store and got hung up on. I do not recommend ordering from this location at 15225 W 151st St. We should get a refund.

  I ordered this crap tonight. Called the store to get this addressed. After waiting for 10 minutes I hit connect to a less than helpful lady that said she would transfer me to the store. So I waited 10 additional minutes and nobody’s came on the line. Wasted money.

  Ordered on line went to pick it up. Decided to go inside. There was a Door Dash guy sitting there said he been waiting for 15 minutes. Another one walked in to pick up his order and they told him it was not made yet come back in 15 minutes. A lady was yelling at the employees for messing up and our pizza was absolutely terrible. I could go on and on. We wont go back. What a bad experience. We ended up throwing alot of it away in our backyard for the birds. Mercy it was bad. Most of the lights were turned off inside in the waiting area. No wonder dining out has decreased. Gosh this was just a bad day to order a pizza from Pizza Hut today. Yucky !!!

  This is what they mean by one topping. We asked for half olives. As you can see there is almost nothing there. The service of you go in to pick up the pizza was horrible. I was ignored until I had to ask 3 times for someone in the back to attend to me. In the mean time I watched them attend to the drive through 4 times while I stood there in the lobby with the lights off. And the was at 12:10 in the afternoon.
