Once for the Veterans Day, they give free food to veterans. 👏🏽👏🏽so I had the burger and it was good and I thought whoever made this burger made it with love. I just went back and that double cheeseburger don't miss!!! Chef 👨🏾🍳 best burger I've tasted in a long time.. Six stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most games were taking our tickets off the card but not working the guy working kept telling me they don’t do that there. We spent 250$ to have a wrist band each and tickets on two cards definitely wasn’t worth it playing 3 games very upsetting.

Many of the vests do not work correctly and the new system is clearly low quality and just not as fun compared to the old system. I was kicked out just as the game was beginning. Even the worker there was complaining about it. Very frustrating. Also of the 4 air hockey tables, only 1 actually keeps track of your score. Despite these issues my crew had fun but ill be rethinking if i want to return again next year.

However the communication between the event host and main event was terrible and we got caught in the middle. The package was supposed to include an unlimited hour of arcade play. One of the cards didn’t work and so they kept trying to tell us it should only be a $10 card. They rolled their eyes and were visibly annoyed with me. I get it, because I was just trying to get what I paid for and they were told something different. When talking to the host (employee running event) she finally explained that they made $10 cards by accident so gave me a card to redeem for unlimited play. Apparently the teen staff didn’t know or understand and so they were adamant I was wrong, but the sign with the event stated an hour unlimited so I was adamant they were in the wrong. Staff communication could have prevented that and at the very least they could have just asked the host employee to come over to help give clarity instead of getting angry with me and and dismissing my problem. They need to train employees to get a manager when they encounter a problem instead of arguing leaving the customer feel as if they are getting cheated. It’s not like it is a cheap activity costing $100 for 4 people.
