  The employee that checked us in was very courteous. Bowling was just fine. But the building seemed dirty and like always, several of the games did not work. Probably not returning to any Main Event location.

  I went with my friends today to have fun and we chose bowling for 90 min. Our lane has some issue in the start the pins are struck and we are unable to play for ample amount of time.the staff came when we complained and declared that it was our fault and gave a warning to us that if we repeat the same thing they’ll throw us out ‘this particular employee is chase’ P.S. we paid for 90 min. I just want to say one thing if new comers did that is this the answer he would give to them. The behavior of that employee is very unprofessional and impatient. We faced the issue for second time and we lost quite a good amount of time which we paid for.And when we tried to explain the issue to chase he was not even listening. now this was rude. It destroyed the atmosphere of our play and made us feel like not to visit again.

  I seriously hate this place from now. The staff particularly Chase and other were so rude. The lane is having some issue with it and it constantly kept strucking and these guys didn’t help at all and they were laughing at each other. We took bowling for 90min and played roughly for 60 min. We even asked to change the track if there is any issue and they just kept ignoring and taking much time to even respond to us.Not sure if it is for us or most of other people too. I really will not recommend this place.

  Very disappointed with our experience at Main Event, Olathe , Kansas. The bowling lane we were assigned was not working properly and kept having issues during our game. We had to call the employee at the register, Chase, to come fix it. While he did come over, it took quite a while to resolve the problem, and we ended up losing a significant amount of our paid game time. What made it worse is that no extra time was added to compensate for the delay. When we tried to explain that we lost time because of the malfunction, he didn’t really listen and instead blamed us for the issue. That felt very unprofessional and frustrating. We paid for a full experience but didn’t get it. Customer service and accountability definitely need improvement at this location. Don’t want to visit again.

  Terribleeeeeee location! Went there with my girlfriend this Sunday and we decided we were hungry. We waited at the host stand for a few minutes before being sat and we sat there for about 15 minutes. The dining area was not busy at all and we were looking around for anyone but no one came to greet us. We decided to eat later and went to hit up the games so we go up to the area where you buy the cards. We mentioned that there was a deal on like getting a free 10 dollars with a purchase of an "All you can play" card that wasn't actually all you can play and the person asked what deal we were talking about. So we scroll through our phones and find the deal and show him and he goes "Oh yeah we usually wait for people to bring it up" telling me that he KNEW what it was the whole time. Once we finally get our cards we play a few games and find out we actually don't have "All you can play" credits because we only had 50, which most of the games are 8+ credits. You do the math. On top of the only half the games actually worked and the ones that were broken ate our credits. Not a single smile from any staff either. Terrible experience, especially for my first time being there and I'll never come back. Yall should just go to Dave and Busters instead!
