  I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy John’s and this one is my favorite in Olathe. They absolutely make the most delicious sandwiches. They always fill with tons of ingredients. The service is great. The location is super convenient.

  This location is really falling off. They are seemingly always behind even though I gave them a 20 minute head start… handed me my to go order late. Did not put everything in it. Tired of losing money to these corporations that can’t get it together.

  I just left with an Uber order. There were several items listed so I went to ask a question. An older lady told me “It’s all in the bag sir.” Before I could really ask. I then was matching the receipt with my order and the lady said the same thing 3-4 more times. I wasn’t even asking her anything. The order asked for extra napkins. As I went to get them, she said “Sir, it’s in the bag!” I tried to explain I was just verifying and she turned her back to me. She was extremely rude and annoying for no reason. I’ll never eat there and I’ll pass on deliveries from now on.

  Paul (the manager, I think) was super cool & professional. I originally ordered online. Turns out the order didn’t go thru but the pre authorization did. Paul explained the situation, assured me he’d check at the end of the shift to double check that it was only a pre authorization on their end but guided me to reach out to my bank if need be. He then happily took my order. I really appreciated his caring approach to the situation. Great customer service & sandwich. I’ll be back!
