  I ordered a toasted bagel with butter to go. The butter was so thick I thought it was mayonnaise. I went back in, got a knife and scraped most of it off. I couldn't get the attention of the employees because they were tending to 3 people in line by then. I'll try it again, but will "define" what buttered means.

  I have been to Einstein Bros Bagels multiple times since they have opened and you get exactly what you expect. If you go within the first hour of them opening your in and out. If you go within the last hour you run and out. HOWEVER it is very important to note. From 9 to 12 they are at their busiest. I placed an order online for 9:51am I did not receive my food till 11:30. This was after I talked to them and they had told me they were working on it. Some of my friends who came with me who placed after I did got food before me. With this in mind the staff was doing their best to work on everything. Between angry customers and tickets. I forget her name but there was a girl on drink station who was very sweet and helped put me and most of the customers. I have also spoken with Samira and the staff are good people. It just gets very busy and orders get back up fast. I have not ordered for more than one person so I have not had any messed up orders. I can understand why something could be missing though so I would recommend throughly checking your bags before leaving. If you’re missing something say something to them and they have always given what’s missing without assuming your were wrong.

  Left sausage off of my bagel. Did not realize until I got home. I tried to call the store to just ask for a refund or replacement, but they do not answer the phone. Finally just disputed it with my bank instead. Won’t be going back

  Went on Saturday and the line was out the door (which totally makes sense due to it just opening). We decided to leave and come back the next day closer to when they open at 6:00am. Samira working the front of the house and Owen in the back- both were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and fast! Samira was so nice to us and because of her, and the service we received, we’ll quickly become regulars. Our bagels were delicious and cold brew coffee were made perfectly.

  The food is amazing here and I love the environment. Always been a big fan of Einsteins. The only thing keeping from the five stars is the service. I waited roughly 40 minutes for a pizza bagel and two drinks. People after me got their food first. I finally said something and they got my food and drink(s). The lady was super nice and gave me free bagels so I do appreciate that but I still waited 40 minutes for three items.
