I went this morning and I was told that if I wanted a full medium, not large cup, medium Nitro 911 Cold Brew, they would have to charge me extra to fill it all the way. I have never been told that before. I was always told they used the entire can and then fill it the rest of the way with whatever Creamer you want to top it off. I got bacon-and-eggs and cheese sliders that were smashed, not even stacked, and were chewy like they had been made and sitting for a while. Not to mention the staff is never as friendly here.. I think ill just go out of my way to go to somewhere else from now on.

They are ALL super friendly and always make my day it's the absolute best way to start my day. - MKMaryteresa KissellJan 9, 20261.0I ordered a dub shot over ice with 4 ounces of 2% milk, an ounce of sugar-free vanilla with a caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Came up to $3.70. When I got up to the window after paying and tipping, the manager/ Lys was so incredibly rude. She told me that I was no longer allowed to order my drink this way and that I would have to order it as a golden eagle which is a full cup, which is not what I asked for. She said either way I would be charged the same going forward. I came back another day after speaking with the manager at another location, was able to order the drink and pay but when I got to the window., was told by Demetri and Delaney that my order was refunded and I could no longer be served there per Lys /manager.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
