  I ordered two soft serves, three pup cups, and half uncooked fries through drive thru. When I received the soft serve, it didn't look like the usual shape or taste like soft serve. It was a small dollop look like a 5-year-old made it. I thought maybe it was a new employee still learning. When my friend and I went to eat it, it was like an ice cream you get from Walmart. It wasn't even good. Almost icy? Like a very frozen slushie. The fries were warm. When I went to eat them, they were not thoroughly cooked. I unfortunately did not eat it all or share it with my friend. I gave the end parts to my dogs, and discarded the middle parts where it was uncooked. I was confused about the food quality, as I've gone to dairy Queen multiple times in my lifetime. I could not reach out to the store owner, I tried calling and no one picked up. I called corporate to see if they changed their ice cream to a different kind, And they said no. They said that they will give a chance for the owner of the store to reach out to me. I never received a call for about 2 weeks. I called corporate back, And I'm in the process of getting a refund or a gift card. I'm hoping they will cover the full $10 so I can go to a different location with my friend and try again.

  This is one of the best DQs in the city.. Except the dipped cone situation. Why does it always come out looking like the 💩 emoji? I ordered chocolate, not a cry for help. Come on, DQ, we believe in you. Let’s tighten that up and bring back the old glory days...when the cone had that clean dip and the perfect little “Q” swirl on top like it just graduated with honors forcefully put a smile on your face. Dont get me wrong the other poop looking one makes me smile.

  So slooooow! I know DQ is made to order food, but it still should not take 20 minutes to be served. Counter service was friendly ut incredibly slow and disorganized.

  Well made. Delicious. Cold. Tip; if you order on the app inside tell them you are there. Don't just wait at a table or stand near the front. I made that mistake.
