Upon further inspection the glass over the food hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. Every surface is dirty, employees not changing gloves and touching a variety of surfaces including their clothes. I witnessed a young man working the line touching lettuce with a gloved hand then rubbing his pants, then touching the inside of the to-go bowls, then back to the pants, then the scooper, didn't change his gloves and then started the process all over. This place needs a visit from the health inspector.
