    They don't have mobile/online order pickup parking where they bring your food out, so you have to park, go in, and check-in before they will start filling order.

    The thing I love about this chik fil a the most is the fact that the employees truly love their jobs. You can tell, they enjoy what they do. They provide a phenomenal service and are so attentive to the customers. The other thing is, this place is super kid friendly and they spend time with the kids and go out of their way to make the whole experience enjoyable. It's not just a restaurant it's an experience at this point. We go every week !

    This is Fourth Time wrong order, i think employees should pay attention inside the kitchen. Also double check before handing out to customers. But i wont be coming back to this Branch location

    I visited your Olathe location and experienced a very concerning interaction with staff that I feel needs to be addressed. I had a rewards card that I previously paid $5 for. At the time of purchase, I was informed that I would only need to provide my phone number to access it. However, during this visit, the cashier advised me that I was required to have the physical card, which conflicted with what I had originally been told. Due to the confusion, a manager—who identified herself as Karen—came out to assist. I attempted to explain that I had already been given different information, but she repeated the same statement without acknowledging the discrepancy. She then took $5 from the register and handed it to me. I clarified that I was not asking for a refund, but rather trying to understand the inconsistency in the information I had received. Throughout the interaction, her tone and demeanor were dismissive and unprofessional. As she walked away, she made a comment under her breath stating, “you people are always trying to get something free.” I found this remark extremely inappropriate and offensive. When I addressed what she said, she responded dismissively and continued walking away. When I asked for her name, she confirmed it was Karen. As a result of this experience, I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I have not returned to this location since, and I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

    I have been a loyal regular at this location for years and have always appreciated the warm food and great service. I expect the occasional minor slip-up, but my visit this past Tuesday was unacceptable and will be my last. The drive-thru experience was a struggle; despite my engine being off and repeating my order three times, the attendant was unresponsive and kept getting it wrong. When I finally received the food, the quality was abysmal—the biscuits felt day-old and the tater tots were smashed. To make matters worse, my receipt was marked with a "red flag" warning I’ve never seen in years of visiting. When I questioned management, I was met with an insult to my intelligence, claiming it was only there because I requested no ice. I’m not looking for freebies; I’m looking for the basic customer service I paid for. Truly disappointed to lose my go-to spot this way.
