  10/10. i went late at night with some friends, and i was craving a cookie. although, i do not like ice cream on my skillet cookies! it makes them soggy and i just dont like it. and i asked my server, who I believe is Lydia, was able to get my the cookie, with the ice cream & the toppings on the side. also for being past 11, she was incredibly kind and her service was better than some ive experienced at fancy restaurants.

  We have been coming every week here and basically they are not even interested even to give table and they have been looking us almost 15-20 min . They need more than 18% may be That’s why they are looking for people who tip more .So, Better to Try in Different Branches .

  I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We waited for over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged, and even then, no one seemed to care about serving us. It honestly felt like the staff was only focused on customers they thought would tip well, completely ignoring others. There was no sense of urgency, no courtesy, and no basic customer service. Being ignored for that long without any communication is unacceptable. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back.

  The wings were very filling and full of flavor. Their strongest characteristic here is definitely the atmosphere. Also, the wings have really strong flavor. Unfortunately you really can’t tell what you’re eating because the wings are not separated by flavor. Also, I found a fly in an ice cube inside of a drink and it kind of ruined my appetite for the evening besides. Besides that I felt pretty good giving them three stars. I got what I asked for with we’re pretty filing wings. If you are hungry and you have a gift card like me come otherwise it’s pretty overpriced. Wingstop is just down the street.

  My fiancée and I come to this location all the time and usually have a good experience. Today 3/26/26 we were “waited” by Lilly who took our order and never came back. Our food was even given to us by another employee (which wasn’t a problem). However, we did not get our order correct, we wanted to order more drinks and needed other things. Lilly was not attentive at all. We had to ask another server to have her come give us our checks. Not to mention, we watched her go to every table BUT ours and check on everyone else. Very disappointed in the service we received today by Lilly.
