I messed up my online order (placed at 11:04pm) and I called 3 times (1 before they opened) no answer, I left a voicemail and got a call an hour later. I was called back and was told I couldn't get a refund on a cake that was made but not decorated because they started it first thing before they called me back. I was told I couldn't get a refund unless I came into the store and it would not be a full refund. I was issued a refund in full by 3 pm that day after I hung up on the rude employee and contacted the 800 number. Through all of this the Parker Street location was amazing. They made an amazing cake, sent me a picture and didnt pressure me to pay over the phone. They even offered to resell the cake they just made for me if the other location wouldn't refund me and made me feel so at ease.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
