- FFfickel88Mar 15, 20262.0Ice cream experience is ok. Tastes like any other Baskin Robbins which is fine. The problem with this one is the service like others have said. The girl working this location isnt friendly and was on the phone the entire time while taking orders. She was very distracted and lost track of our small order and where we were, while going back and forth between talking to us and on air pods in a very casual conversation. We felt we were interrupting her the entire time and waited patiently. This was an awkward experience, which others on here have also noted that this is just the way this location rolls apparently.

If you are someone that loves things super sweet - I highly reccomend the flavor "icing on the cake". Oreo monkey business is a close second. I will say I had a brownie Sunday there for the first time today though and I won't ever get one again. The brownie was legitimately hard and crunchy (I couldn't break it with a METAL spoon... forget using the pink plastic one). But the caramel drizzle made up for it??? Ice cream yay, brownie nay.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
