Quick stop passing thru. Very nice and polite lady delivered our food to the truck and apologized about being out of pepper. I just want to say..."thank you for the smile on your face!" Chef in the kitchen for a great burger upholding the consistency of the awesome smash burger.

I will never go to sonic again. The fries were old and that was the worst cheeseburger I have ever had. I will never eat there again

We stopped at the Norton, Kansas Sonic. Bad decision! We went inside to eat. We waited 1/2 hour to get our food. I had to ask for it. My husband ordered #9. He got a chili burger instead of a chicken sandwich. The employee taking counter orders insisted he ordered a chili burger. Maybe if she had taken her headphones off she would have heard correctly. She got rude and insisted she was right. She offered a chicken sandwich "on the house". It was not "on the house" because he had already paid for it. She said rudely, "Well, you got something to eat. That's all that matters." Then we noticed my husband did not get the coke he ordered. I had to bang on the kitchen doors to get anyone's attention. The counter employee rudely said to us, "Can't you see I'm the only person here taking orders? (As if that's our fault!). Another employee nicely brought it out to us. Needless to say, we'll never eat here again.
