While waiting for one of the drinks, I noticed we received a medium cup instead of a large. The staff member behind the counter was friendly and quickly corrected the mistake, ensuring our entire order was accurate. He was multitasking, helping at the window and cleaning the kitchen at the same time—definitely hustling. Inside the restaurant, it was quiet; we were the only customers for about five minutes, while the drive-thru was busy. The kitchen floor was a bit messy, and the dining area had dirty tables and floors. However, it was after the lunch rush and only two employees were on duty. Considering they were short-staffed and juggling walk-ins, drive-thru, and app orders, I think they handled it well, and customers seemed satisfied with the service.

I will get sour cream on items then normally dont have it. Went tonight which was 2/1/26 all of my food was modified to have no sour cream. Every single item has it, Im not entire sure how hard it is to read no sour cream but the staff in the newton store are incapable of it.
