- CKChristine KeyworthAug 13, 20251.08/12/25 around 4:45pm Went to pick up my mobile order, and there was so much gravel/sand for some reason on the concrete. I slipped and fell onto my knee before I knew it. My husband walked in with me, we notified the 2 workers there so no one else would fall and they just BRUSHED IT OFF with NO INTENTION of fixing the problem. There was no other customer in the store. The response we got was "maybe the rain will wash it away". I am pregnant and not supposed to have a fall. Let alone if a senior tried to walk in. There was zero concern over safety and im not sure where else i can get a hold of subway as they do not have any numbers or emails to contact.

I said that it didnt come with bbq sauce, he argued and said it did, but the menu says it didnt. He said he already put it on so he cant just remake it. I know there's a bbq honey chicken. And a regular honey mustard wrap. I was careful with what I ordered and he just wanted to be argumentative about it.
