The lady making my sandwich didn’t cut my bread all the way through so she used her hand to tear it and took a chunk out of it. Then I asked the other lady doing my toppings if I could get extra olives because she literally put 4 slices on there. She said no. I asked if I could pay for extra because I get they can’t always do that for free. She said no. My sandwich was cold and cheese wasn’t melted even though it was toasted. Both ladies were rude, unfriendly, and had no customer service skills. Sad because I love subway but will not be returning to this location! I went at 12:30 on 8/6/25 for reference!
