I decided to go ahead and use the coupon before it expires tomorrow but apparently it no longer works :( I'm not quote sure if you could possibly make this any worse. Oh well, I hope that others experiences are better than mine has been. Ordered three pizzas for my family: pepperoni, supreme, and beef taco. The pepperoni was good. The beef taco pizza, which was supposed to be hand-tossed, came on a thin crust and was missing the beef topping entirely. The supreme pizza was still doughy and undercooked, so we had to throw it away. I completed Pizza Hut’s survey and was sent a coupon for one free pizza, which they labeled as compensation for “late delivery.” That part was fine. However, you can’t use the free pizza coupon for delivery because it doesn’t meet the minimum order requirement. That feels like a gimmick. This will likely be their last chance, especially since I usually eat Casey’s anyway. The photos aren’t great; I didn’t expect I’d end up posting them.
