Everything was either moldy or expired. The place smelled awful probably because of the mold.

I don't live far so I'm in several times a week. Unfortunately, you have to check back nearly almost daily if you're going to find anything new. They go long periods of time without getting some items, like pet food. The stuff has always been fairly friendly. Lots of parking. Somewhat fair pricing though sometimes when I see something expired marked at normal grocery store price I just scoff.

I like Meridian Grocery! I like the hamburger, cheese and spices, produce and sometimes just random grocery items.

The breads I got didn’t last. Long at all. Love the variety of dry goods and fresh vegetables. Definitely coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions About Meridian Grocery

What are distressed groceries?

Distressed groceries remain the core focus of our business. These products originate from conventional grocery stores, which remove items due to packaging damage or approaching expiration dates. The removed products are returned to the store's warehouse, which then sells them to distributors we collaborate with.

What are business hours?

Our operating hours are as follows: Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm; Saturday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
