    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. All of the food I received was cold and tasted as though it had been sitting out for an extended period of time. Additionally, there was an issue with my payment. I was told that my total was $9.60. I provided the employee with a $20 bill and was given only $9 in change, which is incorrect. When I attempted to address this mistake at the window, the employee turned away and closed the window instead of resolving the matter. The cleanliness of the property was also concerning. The drive-through parking lot was extremely dirty, and I drove over multiple discarded cups while exiting. Overall, the service, food quality, and cleanliness were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

    Food is decent sometimes but the service is give or take. Cant stand going in the morning because the same woman constantly refuses to actually take your name for your online order instead repeating herself to say your code. Constantly adding ketchup to burgers when the reason I need them to remove it is due to allergies, and unless i state that they just go all willy nilly. Just a bunch of ridiculous bull that comes from people not able to handle stupidly simple tasks

    Ordered on the app to pickup inside and the doors are locked. Tried to cancel my order and the app won't let me. And drive thru line is halfway down the block.
