I provided the employee with a $20 bill and was given only $9 in change, which is incorrect. When I attempted to address this mistake at the window, the employee turned away and closed the window instead of resolving the matter. The cleanliness of the property was also concerning. The drive-through parking lot was extremely dirty, and I drove over multiple discarded cups while exiting. Overall, the service, food quality, and cleanliness were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.
