I also ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup, but it came with everything on it — even though it had a sticker that said “Only Ketchup.” Then I went again in the morning, and they gave us a hash brown with a bug fried into it. That was absolutely disgusting. Really disappointing experience overall.
