  SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! NEVER EVEN ORDERED I was standing in line waiting to order a sandwich. One employee (I assume not manager/lead) was making another customers sandwich. I patiently waited because it appeared the other employee (I assume he was the shift manager/lead) was doing an inventory count. Not really sure that’s what was perceived. I continued to wait and mind my but not thinking much of anything because I have worked in fast food/the service industry before and I know that sometimes we have responsibilities to tend to. No problem. Boom. So the employee making the sandwich was asked by the customer to add a sauce (the kind doesn’t matter). Here is what got me, and caught my attention. The employee doing the inventory said to the other employee that he put too many swipes of sauce on his sandwich. Specifically stating “that was 4 swipes” the other employee replied that he had only put 3 swipes. I don’t know policy so I continued to mind my business. However the guy doing the inventory made a complete big deal about going to check the camera. I thought he was joking. NO! I made a comment “ can I order my sandwich before you do that” kind of joking. Well the guy doing the inventory didn’t think that was funny. At this point I’m like “oh he’s serious”. So the customer said he wanted more sauce (doesn’t matter if he was trying to be funny or not, it’s what he wanted). The employee making the sandwich started adding the sauce. The lead guy got all but hurt and made a complete scene about having to write him up if he put more than 3 swipes , he can look at the camera… THE WHOLE 9 YARDS!! The employee making the sandwich remained very grounded and did not become combative AT ALL!! Now, keep in mind that I never ordered my food. I felt that was very unprofessional to address something so small in front of guests. I walked out and got something else for dinner. Why? Because I like extra everything on my sandwich and I didn’t want the employee making the sandwich to get in trouble! Oh well, Sonic it was. Only added 1 Star because I couldn’t post without it..

  I stopped at the subway located in Neodeshe ks at about 330 pm on 2/13/26.The store at a glance was clean and in good order with the exception of dirty tables. There were no other customers in the store due to the time of day so it was quiet. Food was fresh tasting. But when I asked to have my rotisserie chicken broke up smaller he responded with " it's already cut small." I shrugged and said ok even though it wasn't ok. He offered me a fresh cookie (up selling of course) I declined and filled my soda cup saying thank you and left. When I got to my car I needed to potty do I went back in to subway, went to the rest room and noticed the signs on both doors said unisex toilets. I was reluctant to use them. But I had to go so I went in one of them and found that men/ boys had used it and urineated as ll over the toilet seat and floor. I had to clean it up before I used it. When I left that toilet I checked the other one and it was just as dirty discussing as the first. I then went and purchased a cookie and asked the employee why the rest rooms were unisex. He said it was a corporate thing and he had no say in it. I told him if your customers complain about them being that dirty then that gives you say and you should complain to the corporate office and tell them that the rest rooms should be separated by men and women. None of the other subways I have been to have unisex rest rooms.

  Our Subway is clean and has a friendly staff. There’s always a line, but it moves quickly. The restrooms are clean. I highly recommend this establishment, and it serves our little tight knit community well.
