  Pre made burger. Cold and dried out. Only couple bites threw it away. Tots where cold and stale. Tasted like old grease. Never again

  Ordered drinks from Neodesha Sonic today at work and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The strawberries were fermented and the drink smelled and tasted like a bad alcoholic beverage. Tried calling multiple times and kept getting a “busy” message. Took the drink back up there and politely let them know what happened. Employee never offered an apology, just rudely asked, “So, did you want me to make you something else or????” I asked if my route 44 lemonade could be replaced with a route 44 Coke Zero. She brought me a large instead and again, never once offered an apology. Very disappointed in the service.

  Orders a bacon cheeseburger that came with no bacon, a grilled chicken sandwich that came with crispy chicken and drinks with no straws. What's the point of giving you options if they are just going to fix it how they want to!
