  I needed to find a place that sold food and was open after 10pm. I seen this location was open until 1am. Perfect. So I made an order in the Sonic app for pick up at 10:20pm. When I arrived at 10:22pm I was told there was no order for my name and they were sorry. Nothing they could do. So I pulled around so I could check my order, status and the order number. So I pull back up to the speaker and tell them I have my order number and they said if this is you again we already told you there is nothing we can do. They said once is has left their location it's on me. When I asked about how was I robbed of my $11.70 they said that is not their concern. Next time don't have someone else pick up my order. How can someone else pick up my order when using the app? You have to check in, with the number of the stall. So you mean to tell me they don't check order numbers? They just give out orders to whoever? I don't know what kind of scam is going on at that location, but I advise never to go there.

  My all time favorite is their French Toast Sticks! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! But be careful, they will be hot!

  we came at 11 on mar 15 and the girl working kept our change. when we asked for our change back she only gave us the bills then proceeded to keep the change anyways.we came through the drive through so shes not making carhop wage. i dont care if it was change thats literally stealing. she didn't make our shakes chocolate like we asked gave us the wrong straws and lids then . Also put barely any of the toppings we asked for in there and also payed extra for. the other guy working there always makes our stuff right. hes fantastic.
