The whole place has a great, clean vibe, too. Huge shout out to Chetona at the register. She was so friendly and patient, even with how packed it was in there. It’s rare to get service this good, I’ll definitely be back for more 😸

Waited over 45 MINUTES patiently for our food as they were busy (others around were waiting 30+ mins) before asking what the status of our order was. They promptly told us they "forgot it" and that the order did not exist. After getting fed up, we asked for a refund. The manager there proceeded to not be able to look up our order and then asked us to FOLLOW UP WITH THEM the next day to check the status since she could not provide a refund but assured us it would be "fine." We could not get a refund and did not get our food. Embarrassing. Enjoy the chargeback fee from your payment processor. Terrible customer service. I understand mistakes can happen but this place is understaffed (only 4 people working) and everyone that left even after getting their food was upset it took so long. What a joke.
