Check your bags for blood before driving home! I used to love Sonic. My last and final visit was sad to say the least. I went through the drive-thru and checked inside the bag after receiving my food. I noticed one item was wrong, but decided it wasn’t a big deal and went home anyway (ordered cheddar bites and got jalapeño poppers instead, but I was kind of excited to try them). When I set the bag on my kitchen counter, I noticed it looked like it had splatters of cherry syrup on the bag. IT WASN’T CHERRY SYRUP, IT WAS BLOOD! I could even smell it! Thankfully, I didn’t eat any of the food and immediately called Sonic after having a mental breakdown. Whoever I spoke to said they could remake my food or I could bring it back if I wanted a refund. Umm, I think a refund is the only logical option here! So I drove back to return the food that had someone else’s biohazard on it and was told I should expect a refund on my card in five or more business days. That refund never happened. I tried calling corporate, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank and they got me my money back. I’m gonna miss you Sonic, but this is goodbye. :(

I ordered DoorDash at 4:30pm. After the second doordash (at 5:30pm )showed up and messaged me thru the APP that they have not come out with my food if I could call them to get status I decided to call sonic. Some guy answered the phone and I stated what was going on and I just wanted status on my food to tell the doordasher this guy YELLED “ WE ARE BUSY and hung up. No sorry no nothing just HUNg up on me. After that the app updated to ETA 5:50-6:10 arrival time. I cannot cancel my order cause DoorDash doesn’t refund you the full amount . Almost 2 hoursssss to get one burger and tots and drinks is WILD ! No matter if you’re busy or not. Poor customer service!

GOSH RUDE! lady started yelling and screaming and getting mad for absolutely no reason at all. She comes storming and opens the window to tell me to just shut up and yells and screams. I was so upset and traumatized by this incident like I actually could not process what was wrong in the situation. I called the corporate number to report the incident because I actually felt scared and traumatized at the aggression the worker was showing. They took down my incident. I told them not to put a complaint towards that lady because gosh I dont want to ruin someones christmas or like get them fired. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but it was such bad behavior. I actually am still shocked up from this. I will be staying away from sonic from now on and I recommend that you do the same!!!
