I drove back and explained the issue, but two staff members insisted they were made correctly. One employee, an older Hispanic woman, claimed she made them herself. They made me dig through both bowls in front of them before finally admitting they were wrong. They remade one bowl (which had sofritas we didn’t order and there were a couple of other things missing), but insisted they could just add the missing ingredients to the other....which had no steak despite us paying for extra. Why not just remake the bowl? Especially after you made me dig through the whole thing. I was told they were out of regular steak and offered asada instead, which she claimed was "better." I'm assuming it's because they were already cleaning the grill and didn't want to make more regular steak. The asada was clearly dried out and had been sitting out. Also, this was only 9:45pm, and the store closes at 11. Why was the grill already shutting down?

Drove back and they could have cared less. Recommend opening your order before you drive off to ensure, correct.
