I always walk in and try to be talkative to the employees in the line, I don’t know if these two women were having a bad, or didn’t want to work because it’s the holidays, whatever. I got home without my sour cream and hot sauce. So, I drove back, and went straight to the register, and the same girl who didn’t put my sauces in was on her phone. I said, “ma’am, I don’t know if you were having a bad day, and hope it gets better.” I said you forgot to put my sauces in the bag, and in a derogatory way she ask me which ones, and I told her. She knew exactly what sauces I were talking about too. I said, “Happy Thanksgiving.” That woman is a child. If she doesn’t want to work on a busy night go home. Learn some customer skills chica!!! I only go to this Chipotle because it’s across from my apartment. It’s a less than a 5 minute drive. This night was the worst of all. And the customer service is always hit and miss. I don’t come across one employee who smiles, or are nice. It’s pathetic there! When you have had a long day, and pick up food, you want to get home and eat, but the women tried to screw up my night, but didn’t. Their faces were ugly because I don’t think they know how to smile!
