  Two full 1-2" STEMS with roots. All lettuce was the white stalks most throw away. No Green. Hard avacado stem buried in guacamole, hurt my tooth. Submitted to corporate feedback and all they offered was a free drink. So here we are. Will stick to newer location. The people were nice, no complaint there. **please don't tell me to follow up with corporate feedback channel. as you can see, I already did that and they only offered a free drink

  The ladies seem tired and overworked, the food is not bad but they seemed understaffed trying to complete several tasks at the same time. They keep the place clean, just not very friendly. But it's understandable because one person or two are keeping up with the whole line and register.

  These employees need more training or something, came in tonight for a Salad and the kid behind the counter just looked at me. I said I want a salad, and he just looked at me again, so I said the salad on the bottom? And he put the regular lettuce on the bottom. There's a review from yesterday I see that says the exact same thing. Like do y'all not have salad here or does nobody know what it is? If I wanted lettuce I'd just get a regular bowl. The chips are also stale as hell but soggy at the same time. It's weird. This was a weird experience.

  Every time I go in there, there’s always somebody working That has no clue what they’re doing… All I wanted was a salad bowl and the person behind the counter looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about, and then took the Romain lettuce and put it as the base. And I said no no I wanted The salad mix and he just again stared at me not saying anything, and then, when I asked the other lady, she said they didn’t have it, but it literally was on the app and I could order it on the app so I’m like OK…She’s lying to me. She just doesn’t wanna go get the salad from the back. I just found it Very rude. They’re not really friendly at that store. And it’s kind of irritating how every time I go in there my orders, always either messed up for the people behind the counter Don’t know what they’re doing.. and add onto it behind. The bars is always gross and messy.
