- MPMelanin PoppinFeb 11, 20265.0This is the BEST Caribou Coffee location left in Kansas City ! Customer Service and The Quality of product they deliver is Wonderful ! It's too bad that the other 2 locations in Parkville (which it's store inside is ALWAYS filthy, especially under the coffee machine station. You are looking at this nastiness underneath on the floor as you wait for your order) and The Barry Rd location where the coffee taste burnt, which I was told means they are Not Cleaning their devices in between orders. Just the Worst taste ever !

Every time I visit the store, they have this sign up and there’s either no employee in sight, or one sitting in a corner staring daggers and anyone who walks up and waits. If the employees are on a mandated break, just have a sign that says they’ll be back after 15 minutes or a half hour. They demolished the standalone Caribou down the street, so this is the only one left in the area.

Appreciate the great customer service!
