    I asked for 3 regular glaze donuts and when I opened the box they were very very tiny, did not look like the regular full donuts I usally get from there.

    Donuts we ordered were absolutely disgusting! They were hard and barely any cream in them. A half dozen donuts for $16 all but 1 went in the garbage. We will NEVER come back.

    I tried to order online at 7 am and about half of the donuts were marked "out of stock" already. Since it had only been an hour since they opened, I called and asked if they really were out of nearly half of the menu. The person who answered said they "were out of some stuff" and when I asked about a specific donut, it was indeed in stock, but was marked "out" online. After looking online again I called back and asked if she would please update what was in stock online so I could place an online order. She was very annoyed and said she would but never did. I ended up having to go the overland park location. Great way to lose customers.

    Came through the drive through today 4/10/26. They were unable to make a latte due to being out of something, perfectly fine. But instead of just saying sorry we’re out whoever was working the drive through said “don’t order lattes” when I asked for one. Needs better training.

    I have never had a good experience at this location. I've tried to 'time it right', but it's always ended in feeling swindled or completely disappointed. General Management shouldn't hire staff who will work blazed out of their mind and can't take a simple order. Any seasonal items are scarcely made available for customers, or never. Krispy Kreme should feel satisfied if it were ever possible to win an award for the most inept donut franchise, because at this point they're just 'too big' to care. And don't even bother replying with your copy-pasted response. I will never go to this location again. Off to Hana's.
