- SCshelly chavezFeb 16, 20261.0Awful experience. I received a $25 gift card from my boss. The bar code is bent. You can read the numbers but not swipe the card. The manager could not type the numbers in. Not sure why. She said there was nothing she could do to help. I tried to use it on line but the app is horrible and kept shutting down. They took my companies $25 to sell the gift card but can not redeem it. That is fraud. They threw the sandwiches in the trash rather than give them to me. I wanted to leave the gift card so they could figure out how to use it. She said no. Horrible people. Terrible company.

There’s obvious signs of a sandwich being toasted like crusty bread edges and warm to hot food. My sandwich was not toasted like i asked. Cold chicken, soft bread. Very irritated as im on a short break and even though im close I can’t come back. I really wanna refund for my time wasted and I didn’t get what I want. Sandwich is disgusting cold.
