  The lady that works most mornings obviously hates her job. Obviously hates other humans. This is the kind of woman that yells at her kids in public. Berates co-workers for not doing HER job for her. Shameful. Won't ever go back and I'll tell anyone who will listen.

  I received an order from a customer 15 minutes ago, but when I arrived at the pick-up location, the drinks were not ready yet. The staff said that the coffee machine needed to be cleaned first before making the drinks. And wait for another 10 minutes,I can't understand why it can't be arranged in advance. .........

  Purchased a dozen doughnuts at this location and when I got home I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The doughnuts I received were dark in color and appear to be “day or two old” doughnuts. I even tried to heat one up to see if that would make a difference and it did not. This was not my first time purchasing doughnuts from Krispy Kreme. I don’t know what is going on here, but I wont be revisiting this location. I’ve purchased fresh HOT doughnuts from Krispy Kreme and even the next day they were better than what I received. Unless you to be disappointed with dried out, stale doughnuts for full price, don’t waste your money at this location.

  We ordered the valentines donuts as the advertised pictures online the day before the pickup day. They gave the different ones, they said no bears left. Really? We ordered ahead of them if there is any changes or shortages , they should informed ahead of time. Or substitute the good one, look at the pictures. How bad and ugly they are!! Do you think this is a cheat??

  On Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at 10:15 AM, I arrived at this store with an entire third grade basketball team to celebrate their win. My kindergarten daughter ordered donut holes (dots.) There were two left, clearly visible in the display case. The employee told her that she could only sell them in groups of ten or twelve. I asked if we could include them in the dozen donuts we were buying. The employee (a middle aged woman with no name tag) said no, looked my six year old daughter directly in the eye, and threw the last two donut holes she'd asked for in the trash. That's not just bad customer service. That's cruelty. My daughter cried until we left the store. Our next stop that morning was a locally owned donut shop. We will not be back.
