  I stopped at this McDonalds around 0145 (today). Yes late. Yes on the road. Walked into dining. There set two individuals one with pnk shaded glasses the other in a black hoodie. The pink glasses got up scurried back to food prep area. The oher not realizing im standing at counter comes forward with a lung dart hangn from his lips. Not cool. Place hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. I ordered two cheeseburger meal deal. As I waited 20min I noticed drive thru timer two vehicles were plus 15min. These two were back there acting a fool, hollering etc. Fit for duty……susceptible. My food was TRASH worthy! Come on McPherson McDonalds do BETTER!! Start by reviewing your cameras and attention to detail. If you ate traveling thru McPherson AVOID this business at all cost! ATTN McDonalds Owner. I brought the issue to your attention. Not to Corporate McDonalds. If you are truly the owner of said business, take care of this on the local level. If you are unable to then I might suggest you find a different business venture. Its Sunday and that meal and activity is still unacceptable. Have a great week.

  Been waiting in line for 25 minutes still haven’t gotten food 3 workers working more like 2 ones been in the bathroom for 10 minutes still hasent came out 2 customers bought food and couldn’t wait the ATROCIOUS wait time this is terrible. Do better

  At first window I ask for ketchup, they say next window, at next window they say the third window, at the third window they say "you have to ask for it at second window. SO I had to park and go in and they seem to be annoyed by me asking for Ketchup....zero stars if I could

  I find that highly offesnive. Woah. Yeah okay. Challenge accepted. The challenge is that I must have great commentary. The classic razzle dazzle! I find that highly offensive. Look at these chances. This is giving off cringe vibes because its what I call music.

  It would be really great if your employees 1.) knew basic math. I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and only got 9 which at the prices IS a big deal. 2.) had a better attitude when a customer asks to have their order read back instead of rolling their eyes at you. 3.) actually add bacon to a double quarter pounder with “bacon”. 4.) Food was cold as if it’s been sitting for hours. I’d give zero stars if that was an option. This location has terrible management, always blaming the employees when in reality the employee is only as good as their leaders.
