  I ordered two large orders of Mozzarella Sticks and a Medium Oreo Sonic Blast. Matthew shorted me 1 Large order of Mozzarella Sticks, while waiting on my Sonic Blast his lady co-worker kept walking up to the window and walking away and at one point told Matthew, "She won't go away" after eight minutes of this she opens the window to realize that my Sonic Blast that I had been waiting on was on the counter by the window and was primarily melted at that point. I still do not have my Mozzarella Sticks and the gas I was spending was worth more than the Mozzarella sticks.

  I was really disappointed with the service today. I placed an order through the app, which said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. After waiting over 10 minutes with no updates, I watched two other mobile orders get delivered, even though those customers pulled in after us. We had ordered four classic shakes, nothing customized or complicated. Eventually I had to press the red call button to get someone’s attention. They told me they were working on the shakes, but it still took another 8 minutes before they were brought out. When we finally received them, the shakes were messy with ice cream smeared all over the outside of the cups. We had to ask for napkins just to wipe them off. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so I’m not sure what caused the long delay for such simple items. Classic shakes should only take a few minutes to prepare. Ordered at 7:34 didn’t get them until 7:56. Management should be ashamed of this level of service and really needs to look into what’s going on with their mobile order process and staff efficiency.

  I payed 4 dollars for a medium slushy and received a slushy in a cup half the size of a medium. They did not refund or fix it.
