  Food was decent, its fast food. But we ordered 20 mins before we gave up and left our spot, went to the drive up and were told they got our order but nobody confirmed it so we had to wait another 14 mins. It was the o ly place with breakfast or I wouldve never stayed.

  Sonic by hyvee in Manhattan Kansas... DO BETTER!!! ordered doordash, completely messed up our order, called to see what happened thought I had messed up& called won't store. You said you had no way to know if our order was put in which is a lie!!! Told us to reorder& you'd get it to us, said store was westloop. Driver was nice enough to go there for no reason because was at your store the whole time!!! We finally did get our food but needless to say westloop Sonic is our sonic from here on. Do better, pay attention, get people's orders right.

  They cant get orders right and leave out stuff and then have the comanager devin commit health code violations by taking food back into the kitchen that was already taken home by the customer.

  I was very excited to get some Sonic for lunch today. Upon getting home and getting ready to eat, I realize that the double smash burger I ordered is not there. Instead there is this mess of a “burger”, which to me looks more like someone who just threw a bunch of topping into the box and shook it up. In addition to it being the wrong burger, the burger I got is practically inedible. There is about half a jar of mayo on this thing and eat bite tastes worse than the one before it. The tater tots are squished into the carton and taste undercooked. I usually do not leave reviews like this or get this frustrated with fast food places, but this is arguable the worst experience I have ever had eating fast food.
